National tech symposium
Chennai: KCG College of Technology, Karappakkam,
organised Ascension ’07, a national-level technical symposium
in which 250 students from 23 colleges in and around Chennai
participated, according to a press release.
The symposium was inaugurated by V.G. Ramesh Kumar, Chief Signal
and Telecommunication Engineer, Southern Railway. The symposium
was meant to acquaint students with opportunities in the field
outside of the classroom, according to college principal A.
