In 1987,the college was
started with the sufficient infrastructure and facilities and the campus
is a self-sufficient enclave with a number of conveniences thoughtfully
provided by the college authorities.
The college was started with various discipline and departments to cater the students with the dedicated teaching
professionals. Students are provided with common room for each and every department. Canteen with hygienic delicious food,
good sanitation and drinking water are available in the College.There is a well-equipped indoor auditorium for conducting
various cultural and extra curricular programs. Sepearate Hostel facilties are avilable for both boys and girls.Tansport
facilties are available for all the routes in and around Salem City.
The College was approved and recognised by the Government of Tamilnadu and University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi.
The College is now associated with the Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation Deemed University (VMRF-DU), Salem.

Library: A full fledged
staff and students library with current books in excess of 21000 volumes
and over 100 journals, periodicals covering every speciality related
to Engineering and Management are housed. To suit with the covienence
of all literature search and research purposes, CD, audio cassettes
and xerox machine facilities are also avaiable. In addition to book
lending a separate reference library is always avaialbe to the staff
and students.
Hostel:
Seperate hostel facilities are available for both Boys and Girls. Newly built-in-campus hostels are having great attraction
to boys and girls for its high class comfort and most suited and required healthy atmosphere.The hostels are provided with
all necessary amenities and facilities including:
Accomodation available for 500 boys and 250 girls; Sports facilities;
Seperate mess for male and female students; Hygienic food , purified
water and other refreshments are avilable in the mess; Medical services
on call including hospitalization; Recreation facilities; Telephone
facilities.
Transport facilities are provided to all the students who are coming from in and around the Places and more than 25 buses are
catering the needs of the students. And they are operating to all the routes at the convinence of the students.

Corporate Sectors through campus interviews. The Corporate relations cell headed by a faculty co-ordinator and a committee of
