Application Cost:
In Person: Rs.500/- (General) and SC / ST candidates are exempted
from payment of cost of application and Prospectus. They can
obtain the application on written requisition duly enclosing
two sets of attested xerox copy of the Community Certificate.
Candidates applying under Special Category should fill up the
Common Application Form prescribed for General Category and
also they should apply in the application form prescribed for
Special Categories which could be obtained on payment of Rs.100/-
for each special category, subject to the maximum of three special
categories.
Mode of Payment (DD):
Demand Draft in favour of "Director of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy,
Chennai - 106" payable at Chennai from any Nationalised bank.
The name and address of the candidate should be written in the
reverse of the demand draft.
Application Forms:
- In Person: Application can be had from the
Principals of the
> Government Siddha Medical College, Palayamkottai
> Government Siddha Medical College, Chennai
> Government Homoeopathy Medical College, Thirumangalam,
Madurai District
> Govt. Unani Medical College, Chennai 106
> Nodal Officer, Government Yoga and Naturopathy Medical
College, Chennai 106
- Through Website: Application forms can be
downloaded from www.tnhealth.org
and send the application along with the crossed Demand Draft.
SC/ST candidates need not enclose Demand Draft.
The completed application forms should reach "The Secretary,
Selection Committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy,
Arignar Anna Govt. Hospital of Indian Medicine Campus, Arumbakkam,
Chennai - 600 106" on or before 11.07.2007, by 05:00
