Application Forms:
- In Person: Application
forms can be had on payment of DD at The Registrar, Anna
University, Coimbatore, GCT Campus, Thadagam Road, Coimbatore
641 013 .
- Through Website:
Application Form can be downloaded from the website www.annauniv.ac.in
and send the application along with Demand Draft for Rs.600/-
(General) and Rs.300/- (Tamil Nadu SC/ST candidates) towards
registration fee.
Eligibility for M.S (By Research):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology
/ Architecture / M.Sc in Science of this University or any
other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in
the fields of study notified from time to time by this University.
Specific Educational Qualifications are given below.
- A minimum of 55% percent marks/CGPA of 5.5
on a 10 point scale in the qualifying examination (50 percent
marks or CGPA of 5.0 on a 10 point scale, in the case of
SC/ST candidates). For M.A (English) Degree holders including
SC/ST applicants a minimum of 55 percent marks is necessary.

Eligibility for Ph.D:
- Master's Degree of this University or any
other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in
the fields of study notified from time to time by this University.

marks or CGPA of 5.0 on a 10 point scale, in the case of

- The above Clause does not apply if the qualifying
