The National Institute of Siddha, Chennai, has invited applications for the Entrance Examination for Admission to the Post Graduate - M.D (Siddha).

Programs Offered: Post Graduate - M.D (Siddha) in the following Branches:
Branch I - Maruthuvam
Branch II - Gunapadam
Branch III - Sirappu Maruthuvam
Branch IV - Kuzhandai Maruthuvam
Branch V - Noi Naadal
Branch VI - Nanjunoolum Maruthuva Neethinoolum

Important Dates to Remember:
Date of Examination: 16.05.2009 (10.00 AM to 01.30 PM)
Date of issue of application form commences from: 03.03.2009
Last date for issue of application form: 31.03.2009
Receipt of filled in Application Forms: On or before 01.04.2009

Application Cost: Rs.1000/- for General and Rs.750/- for S.C., S.T. categories

Mode of Payment (DD / Cash):
Through DD: Bank draft for Rs.1,000/- (Rs.750/-) in favour of "Director, National Institute of Siddha, Chennai, payable at Chennai".
Application Forms:

• In Person: Candidate can obtain a Application Form The National Institute of Siddha, Chennai between 03.03.2009 to 31.03.2009.
  
  
• By Post: For getting forms by registered post, send a request to the National Institute of Siddha, Chennai. Enclose an account-payee bank draft for Rs.1000/- (Rs.750/-) in favour of "Director, National Institute of Siddha, Chennai, payable at Chennai".

Eligbility:

• A pass in B.I.M / B.S.M.S Degree Examination of any Indian University with successful completion of Compulsory Rotatory Resident Internship (C.R.R.I.).
  
• Candidates who have completed or will be completing CRRI before the date of Entrance Examination alone are eligible to apply for the M.D (Siddha) Course.
