Demand Draft in favour of "Dean, Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital" payable at Chennai.
Application Forms:

• In Person: Prospectus and application form may be obtained in person on payment of Rs.2000/- by cash.
  
• By Post: To receive the application by post the candidate should send a requisition letter along with a DD for Rs.2100/-.
  

Eligbility:

• Pass in MBBS Degree Course from a MCI recognized institution / University Internship should have been completed by 30th April, 2009. Permanent registration from any state Medical council in India is essential before the commencement of the course.
