R.V.S. Educational Trust was established in 1984 by
Dr.K.V.KUPPUSAMY, an Industrialist - turned Educationist in memory
of his son Thiru Rathinavel Subramaniam. In 1985, R.V.S.College
of Engineering & Technology, Dindigul was founded by the Trust.
The mission of the Institution is to produce highly competent Engineers and quality Technocrats through continual improvement of the standards of the excellence in teaching, training and research.

A separate cell leaded by a Staff to assists the students to obtain their projects during their final year studies. Apart from this, the cell invites a number of prospective employers for the placement of our students. We conduct campus interviews and global job placements for the deserving students. Many students are being placed in reputed companies in India and abroad.
