University plans three walk-in interviews
To be held in next few days to select temporary lecturers
Tirunelveli: Manonmaniam Sundaranar University has planned to
conduct three walk-in interviews in the next few days to select
temporary lecturers.
According to P. Chellathurai, Registrar, MSU, female candidates,
who have qualified as per UGC norms to handle postgraduate classes
in Mathematics and Commerce at MSU’s Constituent College
of Arts and Science for Women, Sattankulam may attend a walk-in
interview scheduled on September 22 at 11 a.m. at MSU campus
at Abhishekapatti with all original certificates.
Walk-in interview will also be conducted on the same day at
the same venue for recruiting temporary lecturers to handle
under-graduate classes in the Department of Computer Science,
Mano College, Sankarankovil.
Walk-in interview for recruitment for temporary lecturer to
handle PG classes in the Department of Sociology will be held
at MSU campus at Abhishekapatti on September 19 at 11 a.m.,
Dr. Chellathurai said.
Results published
Results of the examinations conducted by the Directorate of
Distance Education of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in last
May have been declared, Controller of Examinations (In-Charge)
N. Kannan has said.
Candidates of calendar year admission, who failed in the May
2008 examinations and the students of academic year admission,
may appear for the examination to be held December 23. Examination
applications are now available in the Office of Controller of
Examinations, Schaffter Hall Office of MSU, S.T. Hindu College,
Nagercoil and the study centres. Filled-in applications should
reach the Office of Controller of Examinations, MSU, Tirunelveli
by October 24 (without fine) and by November 3 (with fine) with
the demand draft drawn in favour of The Registrar, MSU, Tirunelveli,
Mr.Kannan said.
