Chennai: Students who have received call letters from the Anna University, Chennai, to attend counselling and seat allotment process for engineering colleges are entitled to 50 per cent concession in bus fare of the government-operated services.

The students are required to have two photocopies of the letters and they will have to produce them while booking tickets for their journey, onward and return.


Another release said the last date for submission of application forms for joining B.Ed in colleges under the control of the Collegiate Education Directorate had been extended to July 25 from July 5.

After filling the forms, the students should submit, either in person or by post, at the centres where they obtained the forms. No forms should be sent to the directorate.
