At Vickram College of Engineering

Madurai: A two-day State-level campus recruitment exercise is to be held on Saturday and Sunday at Vickram College of Engineering at Enathi near here.

Students of engineering, arts and science colleges from all over the State are eligible to take part in the exercise, to be conducted by Adventnet, a multinational company.


According to a college press release, the drive has been arranged largely in the interest of just passed out engineering students of the following disciplines: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and B. Tech. Information and Technology.

Students of M.C.A., M.Sc. (Mathematics), Computer Science, Information and Technology, who passed in 2008, are also eligible to take part in the drive. The eligibility criteria for participation include a score of over 50 per cent, not having more than three arrear papers, and all standing arrears must be cleared by July as per the requirement of the concern.

The selection procedure at the initial level comprises a written aptitude test followed by a technical interview and finally a human resource interview for short-listed candidates. Results will be declared immediately and offer letters issued to successful candidates on Sunday evening.

Students should be present at the venue before 9 a.m.
