MoU to enhance activities in engineering and management
International conferences to be held
Coimbatore: A Memorandum of Understanding between Anna University,
Coimbatore, and Oklahoma State University, the United States,
was signed here on Tuesday.
According to a press release from S. Palaniswami, Registrar,
Anna University, Coimbatore, the MoU was signed by R. Radhakrishnan,
Vice-Chancellor, Anna University, Coimbatore, and R. Ramakumar,
Director, Engineering Energy Laboratory and MoU coordinator
of Oklahoma State University.
Both the universities will collaborate to enhance the cooperation
in teaching, research, infrastructure development activities
in cutting edge technologies and in emerging areas of engineering
and management.
Both universities will share with the other experiences and
cooperate in building and developing laboratories and research
centres.
Exchange of faculty
Exchange of faculty, research scholars and graduate students
will also be made possible.
Conduct of international conferences will also be done on a
collaborative basis, the release says.
