Applications are invited for admission to the following Courses
in Tamil Nadu Government / Self-Financing - Medical & Dental
Institutions in Tamilnadu for the academic year 2008-09.
Programs Offered: Post Graduate / Diploma / M.Ch (Neuro-Surgery)

Application Cost:
In Person: Rs.1,250/- (General); SC / ST candidates are exempted
from payment of cost of application and Prospectus. They can
obtain the application on written requisition duly enclosing
two sets of attested xerox copy of the Community Certificate.
By Post: Rs.1,250/- (General); Physically Handicapped / Children
of Freedom Fighters / Children of Ex-Servicemen / Eminent Sports
persons) and SC / ST candidates are exempted from payment of
cost of application and Prospectus - duly enclosing the postal
stamp to the value of Rs.60/- (Rupees Sixty only) for ordinary
post along with the DD.
Mode of Payment (DD / Cash):
Demand Draft in favour of "The Secretary, Selection Committee,
Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010" payable at Chennai from any Nationalised
bank. The name and address of the candidate should be written
in the reverse of the demand draft.
Application Forms:
- In Person: Application forms can be obtained
with a written requisition to the Deans / Principal of the
below Government Medical Institutions duly enclosing a crossed
Demand Draft from the following Colleges:

- By Post: Applications can also be obtained
by addressing the Dean / Principal of Government Medical
/ Dental College, duly enclosing the postal stamp to the
value of Rs.60/- (Rupees Sixty only) for ordinary post along
with the required Demand Draft. The SC/ST candidates need
not enclose Demand draft.
- Through Website: Application forms can be
downloaded from www.tnhealth.org
and send the application along with the crossed Demand Draft.
(Rs.1,250/-). SC/ST candidates need not enclose Demand Draft.
The completed application forms should reach "The Secretary,
Selection Committee, No.162, Periyar E.V.R High Road, Kilpauk,
Chennai - 600 010" on or before 06.02.2008, by 05:00
